Disney retells the 1955 classic ‘Lady & Tramp’ story in this new live action remake where upper-middle-class American cocker spaniel named Lady (voiced by Tessa Thompson) and a street-smart, stray schnauzer called Tramp (voiced by Justin Theroux) find adventure and love in the city of New Orleans.
Personally, I did not watch the 1955 ‘Lady & Tramp’ very much but did very much enjoy this remake. The story captures the essence of the original while adding further twists and turns to the production. Cast of dogs are sweet and fit their characters well. The only criticism I have is the human voices spoken for the dogs featured, look and sound strange and off-putting against a real dog.
