Six years after their original adventure in 2010, our video game bad guy Wreck-It Ralph (voiced by John C. Reilly) and his friend Vanellope von Schweetz (voiced by Sarah Silverman) are back and this time they leave friend, Fix-it-Felix (voiced by Jack McBrayer) and his wife, Calhoun (voiced by Jane Lynch) and journey to the World-Wide Web to find a replacement part for “Sugar Rush.” or else all her citizens will be homeless. The pair of them encounter new friends including Shank (voiced by Gal Gadot) and Yesss (voiced by Taraji P. Henson) who help them locate and raise enough funds for this vital game part.
The animation and characters are just how I remember as this new adventure adds to the foundation that has already been created in 2010. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by this sequel as the story does nothing for characters and the plotline, though it has updated with the use of WI-FI is a disappointment and dry in comparison to the original.
